We can only accept payments via the internet from Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. All payments are processed through our website and your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of your order. Once your order has been placed it will be processed in a timely fashion by our processing department. This charge will show up as Rack N Feathers LLC on your statement.
If an item is unavailable or out of stock at the time which your order is processed, you will be promptly informed and a refund will be issued. If an item is discontinued, you will be promptly notified by a company representative and refunded for your purchase.

ArcheryCenter.com does not offer any additional warranty for any product. In the case of any manufacturer defect, you must contact our customer service department with the issue at hand and for possible replacement. In most cases items will be replaced free of charge with no added shipping cost. You have 15 days from item shipment date to claim a manufacturers' defect, in which a qualified claim will be processed by our customer service department.
Returns and Refunds
All sales and purchases made on ArcheryCenter.com are final. Unless a product is of verified manufacturer defect and identified within the 15 day from shipment warranty period by our customer service department, if not the item will not be refunded or replaced. To place a grievance with our customer service department in regards to a product please visit the contact page of our website and fill out the product complaint form. A company representative will be in contact with you.
ArcheryCenter.com is not liable for any hazardous products purchased from our site. Liability of product warnings is conducted by the manufacturer, and all the responsibility held within that liability. We will not be held liable for failure to read all product warnings, or any misuse of products specified by the manufacturer.
We ship your order only after the order has been fully processed and paid in full. Shipping charges are applied from our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri to the location specified in your shipping address. Some orders are drop-shipped from the manufacturer, therefore you may receive multiple packages from different locations. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Allow extra time for any shipment over a holiday week or weekend. Shipping fees may change without notice due to fuel prices and other fees.
