Rod Mounted String Silencers Deadly-Quiet's standard and pro models mount on a 3/8" cable rod or below the bow-handle, on the optional straight rod. Twang and vibration vanish when the string contacts the foam-cased compression piston's gel-cap. Protecting the gel is a soft, durable synthetic sheath. The standard model has a 3" polymer arm and the pro has a compact 1 1/2" aluminum arm. The pro's shorter arm helps avoid blocking the sight when mounted on a cable guard rod. Besides noise and vibration all models eliminating overdraw slap. Superior deadening without speed robbing weight on string or limbs. Will not interfere with cables.
