That’s what we’re all about at RIP Archery. Over the past several years, I‘ve had a number of friends who were forced to leave archery due to injuries and surgeries in their pulling arm. I wanted to help them to be able to hunt and shoot archery once again, so I decided to try and create a release that would bypass the lower arm muscles, relieving the pressure on their injured joints. I hoped that this would enable them once again to enjoy a sport that they loved as much as I did.
I had a basic idea as to what type of release would support my concept, and I partnered with a friend to come up with a design. That is how the RIPshot was born. Little did I know that it did much more than enable injured archers. While testing the product myself, I noticed I was shooting much more accurately and was able to stay pulled back much longer with much more stability. Not sure at first if this was truly the case, to test my theory I switched back to a regular release. Immediately, I noticed a change. My groups spread and I could not stay pulled back as long. I put the RIPshot back on and sure enough, my groups were once again much tighter and I felt increased strength and stability while pulled back.
The more I tested it the less I was willing to try any other release system because it improved my shot so much and had so many other great advantages. Seeing this I asked a friend who had an injuried shoulder as well as my brother to use and test the release. They all came back with the same answer – We’ve got to have this product! This product was something I needed to share with not only my injured friends, but something that needed to be introduced to the world of Archery. This was the beginning of RIP Archery.
We at RIP Archery feel this is one of the most innovative products the archery world has seen in years. Now that you know where we’re from, I invite you to test the RIPshot for yourself.
We currently do not have any products for this manufacturer. Please check back soon for new products...
